By downloading, installing, or using the NeuraDrive application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Arqanex Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

NeuraDrive is a mobile application that allows users to:

  • Connect to their vehicle via OBD2 Bluetooth adapter
  • Read and clear diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)
  • Monitor real-time vehicle sensor data
  • Track vehicle health and performance metrics
  • Receive insights and recommendations

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App while driving or operating a vehicle
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Share your account with others
  • Use the App to harm others or their vehicles

5. Important Safety Disclaimer

⚠️ WARNING: NeuraDrive is designed for informational and diagnostic purposes only. The App is NOT a substitute for professional mechanical inspection and repair. Always consult a qualified mechanic for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Never use the App while driving. Always pull over to a safe location before interacting with the App. The diagnostic information provided is based on OBD2 data and may not reflect all vehicle issues.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Arqanex Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The diagnostic information will be 100% accurate
  • The App will be compatible with all vehicles or OBD2 adapters
  • Any defects will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARQANEX LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR VEHICLE DAMAGE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arqanex Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Arqanex Ltd is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
