This action is permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including:
- Your profile information
- All registered vehicles
- Diagnostic history and reports
- Session recordings and analytics
- Maintenance records
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete from the App
- Open the NeuraDrive app
- Go to Settings → Account
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
Option 2: Request via Email
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Confirmation that you want to delete your account
What Happens Next?

Immediate
Your account will be deactivated and you'll be logged out

Within 30 days
All your personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers

Confirmation
You'll receive an email confirming your data has been deleted
