Which OBD2 adapters are compatible?
NeuraDrive works with any ELM327-compatible Bluetooth OBD2 adapter. We recommend adapters with Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE) or higher for the best experience.
Is NeuraDrive compatible with my vehicle?
NeuraDrive is compatible with most vehicles manufactured after 1996 (OBD-II standard). This includes most gasoline and diesel vehicles sold in the US, EU, and other regions.
Does the app work while driving?
Yes, you can monitor real-time data while driving. However, for safety, we recommend having a passenger operate the app or using it only when parked.
Can I clear diagnostic trouble codes?
Yes, NeuraDrive allows you to read and clear DTCs. However, we recommend understanding the cause of the code before clearing it, as some issues may require professional repair.
Is my data secure?
Yes, we take data security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your personal or vehicle data to third parties.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account through the app settings or by visiting our account deletion page. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
